Payment Method:
Direct Bank Transfer to Maybank Berhad Account. Please drop an e-mail to grace@lildanzell.com once payment has been made with the following details: Your Name, Contact number, Bank transaction Reference number, Mailing address.

Outside Malaysia: Payment through Paypal and Telegraphic Transfer from International customers are accepted. Please put a note in the "Comment" section while checking out via the cart and we will contact you within 1 working day to discuss payment methods.

Note: PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER DATE OF ORDER. FAILED PAYMENT WILL RESULT IN CANCELATION AND ITEMS TO BE RELEASED AUTOMATICALLY.

Flat shipping rate of MYR8.00 on orders below MYR220.00:-
1) within West M'sia via courier for items weighing up to 3kg.
2) within East M'sia via courier for items weighing up to 1kg (excludes bulky items).

~Free Shipping on all orders including diapers package deals & sampler packs above MYR220.00:-
1) within West M'sia via courier for items weighing up to 3 kg.
2) within East M'sia via courier for items weighing up to 1kg (excludes bulky items).

*Note:
- The above shipping rate is applied on total combined order, including sales items.
- Combined weight above 1kg (includes bulky items) within East M'sia will be shipped via Domestic Parcel.

For International Orders: International shipping rates are estimated for Registered First Class International. Please contact us before you order if you wish a more accurate estimate based on country, or if you wish items shipped via PosLaju (Express) or Parcel Rate (which will increase the shipping cost).

Returns & Exchanges:
We’ll do our best to make sure all goods sent are in good conditions.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS - All goods sold are final and are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE unless defective.
But if you really need to return some items to us, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly offer you an exchange or credit note based on the appropriate situations.

For EXCHANGING ITEMS (Based on acceptable situations), please e-mail us at grace@lildanzell.com and notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

~ Items returned must be unwashed & unused in its original packaging, UNOPENED and in RESALABLE condition.

~ Once returned item has been received and verified suitable for exchange, new selected items will be posted out via local mail or courier delivery. We regret that courier charges will be borne by the customer.

Pre-order:

You'll need to pay in advance for the pre-order items. No cancellation is allowed unless the manufacturers are unable to ship the item to us, we'll cancel your pre-order and refund in full amount to you. Pre-ordered items are not returnable or exchangeable.
